Don't know if you caught Jerry Lewis at the Oscars. Apparently his humanitarian award was somewhat controversial, but I thought he had a wonderful comment, which I am posting here.
"I shall pass through this world but once. Any good, therefore, that I can do or any kindness that I can show to any human being, let me do it now. Let me not defer nor neglect it, for I shall not pass this way again!"
Now if we all could all subscribe to that philosophy the world would be a better place.
